With a focus on circle, somatics, storytelling, and breathwork, Tecca builds communities and fosters healing through shared breath, and the power of narrative. Her work is dedicated to guiding individuals in their healing journeys, promoting connection, and facilitating personal growth and resilience in circle spaces.

My focus is on helping individuals, teams, and groups navigate stress, tension, and trauma through body-based practices that foster resilience and well-being. I offer compassionate guidance for healers, crisis responders, and community leaders, equipping them with the tools needed to restore and reconnect.

The Soft Return Coaching
Through my signature method I help women reclaim rest as a birthright and spiritual practice. The Soft Return Somatic Flow is a healing framework created by Tecca Thompson for Black women who are ready to live more gently in their bodies.This approach blends somatic healing, nervous system care, breathwork, gentle movement, and sacred rest practices to help you release emotional weight and reconnect with your truest self.

Self Defense Classes
Empowered and Worth Defending. These classes specialize in the mind-body connection and nervous system care, teaching how to establish safe boundaries and protect yourself through unarmed self defense.
